The scope of duties
- Providing independent advice and support to the construction sites
- Conducation of daily H&S walks and workplace inspections
- Support the BU Solar and Battery team improving their H&S performance
- Communicate H&S programs and strategies to the project team
- Ensure proper reporting and investigation of accidents and incidents
- Perfrom H&S inspections, audits and saftey pre-assessments
- Providing H&S coaching and deliver trainings and toolbox talks
- Review and monitor HSE plans and contractor documentation
The profile of requirements
- Successfully completed technical education
- Preferably certified SiGeKo
- Experience in a leading H&S role
- Proper knowledge of the German legislation when it comes to H&S topics
- Driving license class B
- Fluency in German and English
- Willingness to travel
