The scope of duties
- Ensure that all personnel working in your area of responsibility (including contractors) are competent to carry out their work and are aware of all EHS-related information
- Guarantee that work is carried out in accordance with all required documentation and permits
- Responsible for ensuring that EHS standards, procedures and plans are implemented to create a zero harm environment
- Support and contribute to EHS matters in the various planning meetings during the project planning phase
- Establish full compliance with lean work processes
- Ensure correct allocation of registered working hours for teams
The profile of requirements
- Completed technical education and further training as a state-certified technician / master craftsman or completed studies
- Experience in the energy sector desirable
- GWO training desirable
- 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of typical installation technology tasks
- Good comprehension skills
- Knowledge of the English language is required
- Driving license class B
- Willingness to travel within Germany
