The scope of duties
- Identify / validate ideal supplier panel for all kind of labor services
- Tender to the supplier panel based on precise specification and ensure competitive bidding
- Support strategic sourcing in full adherence to company policies of supplier due diligence, qualification and complicance
- Identify technical and commercial opportunities for cost saving
- Negotiate service contracts, long term supplier agreements and scope of work prior to buy
- Carry out subcontractors and contractors hiring in leased contract of fix scope in respect of local regulations
- Main interface between internal customers and suppliers
The profile of requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management or similar
- Relevant work experience in a similar role in the renewable energies
- Experience managing complex service contract negotiation with suppliers
- Proved experience or education on supplier compliance topics and policy making
- Fluency in English, French and German is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
